In 2015 Zuzana joined eOne as my EA but she had indirectly also worked for me at Sony so I knew she had a great work ethic. In her nearly 9 years at eOne she contributed hugely to both me personally and my whole team.

She is remarkably organised and efficient managing my diary, travel arrangements and personal commitments. She also grew to takeover and manage all my direct reports support and administration. She also took the initiative to study and undertake some Project management qualifications and with this lead many of our project initiatives. Throughout she was more than an EA, she co-ordinated teams, my personal and family administration and was incredibly discreet with an awful lot of very confidential information which never leaked. She takes pride in doing the job well and cares about the people she supports ensuring they are kept free of admin and able to work to maximum capacity. I would highly recommend as both an EA and a project co-ordinator/manager and would rehire her immediately if I weren’t exiting the corporate world.
